Haight & Ashbury is San Fransisco's equivalent to Melrose. The architecture was different, but the people and the stores were definitely similar. There is one place that I wish we had in LA. Ambiance is a boutique filled with color coordinated racks of clothes ranging from Nanette Lepore & Diane von Furstenberg to bargain buys. My favorites included this head band with an over the top silk flower, and a vintage looking summer dresss with ivory lace.
