{My Quinoa Blueberry Johnny Cake}Fresh off the plane from LA, my wonderful friends in Phoenix took me straight to a new restaurant at Biltmore Fashion Square for breakfast. True Food Kitchen was a fresh airy restaurant with a healthy menu and delicious food. It was a great way to start off Fourth of July weekend. After some very quick research (google) I learned that this it is part of the Fox Restaurant Group, the makers of at least two of my favorite restaurants, Olive & Ivy and North.
