A perfect Summer afternoon involves the great outdoors, picnics, great friends, and cold wine. When my best friend was in town from Chicago I took her to the best place to spend a beautiful afternoon, Malibu Family Winery. A simple grassy lawn filled with tables and plenty of room to stretch out a picnic blanket. We packed up some sandwiches, cheese, and Apples to Apples and drove out to Kanan canyon. It was like having our own rolling lawn for the day.
