Local French

{our first stop}

{our table at Comme Ca}

{We didn't stop in, but Taste is right across the street}

It is a huge perk to live within walking distance to more than one great restaurant. On a night free of playoff games and world cups matches, I was treated to not just one but two of these fine establishments. We started with appetizers at the bar of Lucques, a quaint cozy brick restaurant with ivy covering the walls inside and out. Then jay walked straight over to Comme Ca, the renowned French restaurant more famous for its bar than the food. It was a school night so we skipped the mixologists famous cocktails and opted for bubbles and the house red instead. The walk home on a beautiful summer night was the perfect way to end the evening.
