I was invited by some friends to the Maserati Trofeo race in Spa, Belgium. We spent most of the weekend at the track for practice, qualifying and race days. Along with Maserati there were also many other races including a GT Open and F2, some of the fastest cars I've ever seen in action. There weren't many spectators, and we were right in the paddocks which made the whole set up feel very intimate. You got to see who all of the drivers were, making the actual races more exciting. The course is said to be one of the most beautiful in Europe, set right in the middle of the forest. The only bad part was watching the beautiful cars smash into the walls or each other.
