{First Stop- Amalfi Coast} My initial travel plans started with one life long dream of living on a boat for a year. My interest stemmed from the idea of freedom and the good life that is often associated with the yachting world. Since my experience with boats is limited, a year seemed a bit aggressive to start off. Through a lot of generous advice from others and a few online resources, an incredible opportunity found me. I will join a family as a nanny on a 50ft sailboat during their trip around the Balearic islands. The rest of the trip just fell right into place after that.

Yes, I have read Eat, Pray, Love, and yes it was inspirational. So was this couple!
