On a strangely foggy, drizzly, London like evening in LA, we opted for the always cozy and inviting Jones on Santa Monica. It seemed that we were not the only people with this idea, since the New York style eaterie was filled to the brim. Upon leaving I wandered into a room off the main entrance I had never seen before. It was filled with couches and cushions, acting as some sort of pre/post dinner lounge. Painted in the top corner was this old sign reading "Be Satisfied". A few glasses of Sangiovese and one large pizza later, I left absolutely satisfied.
