Bonifacio

This natural harbor in Corsica must have been the saving grace for many sailors and pirates. The soaring white cliffs are a striking sight after seeing nothing but the horizon for days. We pulled in at about 8am, I kissed the ground, then drank a cappuccino and ate a warm chocolate croissant. One day here then across the straight again to Sardinia.
